These terms apply to the Ummahti Quran Android app and this website. By using either, you agree to use them lawfully and respectfully.
1. The service
Ummahti provides Quran reading, navigation, study, memorisation and related informational tools. The app is offered without an account, advertising, subscription or in-app purchase.
2. Religious and informational use
Ummahti is a reading tool, not a substitute for qualified religious, legal, medical or other professional advice. Translations and commentary are human works and may differ in interpretation. When a question requires a ruling or expert judgment, consult an appropriately qualified person.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the app and website for personal, lawful purposes. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, impersonate Ummahti, redistribute licensed Quran or third-party content outside its licence, or use Ummahti branding in a way that suggests false endorsement.
4. Content and intellectual property
Ummahti branding, interface design and original materials belong to their respective owner. Quran text, translations, typefaces, audio and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licences and attributions. These terms do not grant rights that those licences withhold.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Ummahti reliable and its essential reading experience available offline. Online features and this website may occasionally be unavailable, changed or discontinued. We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change; the effective date above will be revised.
6. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ummahti is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
